I changed a few things, like adding dark chocolate chips instead of white ones + adding some fresh mango.
Recipe for the icing:
- 1 1/2 cups of cashews or almonds
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinammon
- some salt to taste
-> blend everything together until lump free
